Ms. Nidhi

Ms. Nidhi is thrilled to be working with the Panda Bear class as the Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher in Afternoon Adventures. She has a degree in Art from India. She worked at Non-Profit Social Service in India as a Special Educator and she has worked with Deaf and Blind children as a Supervisor. She also knows American Sign Language. Ms. Nidhi is from India and she moved to the USA in 2002. She Volunteers at Potowmack Elementary school. She teaches kids to design doll dresses, Arts and Crafts in after-school programs in Potowmack Elementary School. Ms. Nidhi lives in The Cascades Community with her husband and 2 kids. In her spare time, she loves to be with friends, reading, baking and crafting.

She is certified in CPR/First Aid, E-MAT, and Child Abuse and Neglect. Ms. Nidhi has certificates from Early Childhood professional training courses and continues to take Child Development-related courses. Her annual requirement as a Teacher is 16 hours of Continue Ed Hours in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Nidhi is required to have a Physical (every year) and a TB test (every two years) completed before the first day of Preschool each new year. She has a Central Registry Release of Information Form done by the Department of Social Services as well as a Background Fingerprints are done every five years.
